Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Cinevas desktop application and the account, generation and billing services behind it (together, the "Service"), operated by Home 7 Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

Cinevas is a desktop tool for planning, generating and editing short video. Your projects, canvases and edits are stored on your own computer. Our servers handle sign-in, subscription status, and — when you use a cloud generation feature — relay your request to a third-party generation provider.

2. Your account

• You need a valid email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or resell access.

3. Plans, credits and billing

• The Free plan includes a small monthly allowance of generation credits so you can try the Service.
• Paid plans (Standard, Pro) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a fixed number of generation credits per billing period. Different generation types cost different amounts of credits; the cost is shown in the app. Unused credits do not roll over.
• You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your plan until then.
• Prices may change. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
• Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• is illegal where you or the intended audience are located;
• sexualises minors, in any form — this results in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities;
• depicts a real, identifiable person in a misleading, sexual or defamatory way without their consent (including "deepfakes" of public figures presented as real);
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• constitutes harassment, incitement to violence, or fraud.

You may also not attempt to bypass credit limits, extract our provider keys, reverse-engineer the account service, or disrupt the Service for others. Generation requests are also subject to the acceptable-use policies of our generation providers, which may reject a request independently of us.

5. Content and AI outputs

• You keep whatever rights you have in the material you upload (reference images, audio, scripts). You grant us and our generation providers the right to process it solely to provide the Service.
• Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the images, video and audio generated for you ("Outputs") for any purpose, including commercially. We do not claim ownership of Outputs.
• Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing them before use. Copyright protection for AI-generated material varies by country; we make no guarantee that Outputs are protectable.
• We may refuse or cancel a generation request that violates section 4.

6. Availability and offline use

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Cloud generation depends on third-party providers and may be slow or unavailable at times; credits for a failed generation are returned. If our account server is unreachable, the app continues to work offline with your last known subscription status for up to 14 days.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@onepbdc.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in the case of section 4 violations, without refund. Your local projects are unaffected by termination — they are on your computer.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Questions: support@onepbdc.com.
